After nearly four decades working in real estate finance — structuring transactions, navigating complex closings, and advising buyers and sellers through every type of market — our founder recognized a fundamental disconnect in the industry.

The technology to market a home effectively — MLS access, portal syndication, scheduling software, electronic signatures — has become commoditized. Yet traditional brokerages continue charging sellers 3% of their home's value for services that cost a fraction of that to deliver.

ListFree Realty was built to correct that imbalance. We provide the marketing infrastructure for free, and offer our genuine expertise — deal structuring, negotiation, contract management — at a flat fee that reflects its actual value, not a percentage of your equity.
