ListFree Realty Inc ("we," "us," or "our") offers SMS/text messaging services to provide you with timely information about your real estate transactions, appointments, and property listings. This SMS Consent & Messaging Policy explains how we collect consent, what messages you may receive, how to opt out, and how we protect your information.
2. Consent and Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our web forms (such as the Book a Consultation form, Contact form, or Property Listing form) and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS/text messages from ListFree Realty Inc at the phone number you provided. This SMS consent is separate from and not a condition of any purchase, service agreement, or other contract.
How You Opt In:
On our website, when you fill out a form that includes a phone number field, you will see an unchecked checkbox with the following language:
Consent is entirely voluntary and separate from any other agreement. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ListFree Realty Inc. SMS consent is not bundled with, nor part of, any listing agreement, service contract, or terms of service. You may use all of our services without opting in to text messages.
3. Types of Messages
If you opt in, you may receive the following types of SMS/text messages from ListFree Realty Inc:

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the services you use. Typically, you may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month. During active listing periods or when multiple showings are scheduled, message frequency may increase. We will never send more messages than necessary to support your real estate transaction.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS/text messages sent to and from ListFree Realty Inc. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. ListFree Realty Inc is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from ListFree Realty Inc at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
- Contacting us directly at [email protected] or (833) 547-8373 and requesting to be removed from our messaging list.
After opting out: You will no longer receive SMS/text messages from ListFree Realty Inc. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your opt-out request to be fully processed. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications (email, phone calls) unless you separately request those changes.
